LAS on Twitter and Facebook

 Yes, it’s true.  We’re finally stepping it up with Twitter and Facebook accounts.  Both of these will be used for minor update information and will not be used for mass team alerts.

Account Details:

Twitter is a status update application that allows the administrator to add a ’tweet’ that will post on the page, txt to your phone, or emailed out.  In theory, this could be useful for practice cancellations, realtime swim meet results, the coach’s mood (just kidding). The username for LAS on Twitter is: LakelandAreaSwm

Facebook includes status updates as well as photo albums, events, email, wall postings, chats, etc.  It’s more advance but will not take the place of information found on our LakelandAreaSwimming website.
